Maria asks…Do I need a special form for filing taxes while collecting workers compensation?I was injured on May 24 2006 and am considered Temporarily totally disabled until the courts rule otherwise. I have been collecting workers compensation for all of the 2007 year, do I need to fill out a special form for taxes. I also heard that the tax rebate checks apply to those who are veterans and those who are disabled, I am a veteran and I am disabled, how do I get this refund check everyone is talking about. I also go to school at a community college can I get money back from that? I just don’t have any w-2s or anything like that just something from social security stating the income from workmans compensation, how do I file my taxes?
